8. Pricing & Payment

9. Shipping & Delivery

The buyer is responsible for providing accurate information and documents required for customs clearance, import procedures and destination-country requirements.
11. Customs & Import Requirements
Buyers are responsible for understanding and complying with the import regulations, duties, taxes, certifications and customs requirements applicable in their destination country unless otherwise agreed in writing.
12. Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be communicated as early as possible.
For customized, private-label or production orders, cancellation may not be possible after production or procurement has commenced. Any applicable costs will be determined based on the stage of the order.
13. Intellectual Property
All website content, including logos, graphics, text, photographs, designs and other materials, belongs to SAM AND SID GLOBAL or its respective content owners unless otherwise stated.
